The small print, in full
- Prices are in AED, per month, billed in advance. Your month starts the day your number goes live, not the day you say yes.
- One event means one whole wedding. Mehndi, nikah and reception across three nights is still one event.
- Up to 500 guests per event.
- Unused events do not roll over to the next month. That is why we would rather start you on one event and move you up when your calendar fills.
- Extra events beyond your plan run at your own plan rate: AED 1,000, AED 667 or AED 500.
- Move up a plan on any day of the month, and what you have already paid is credited to the new plan.
- Month to month. No annual contract, no lock in, no cancellation fee.
- The 50% early bird is on the event plans. Concierge and Campaigns are at their normal price.
- Your early bird rate stays where it is for as long as you stay on a plan.
- No setup fee. We set your new number up on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API.
- Meta's per message charge is billed by Meta to your own card and is not included in the prices above.

Meta currently charges about AED 0.18 for a message. Meta bills it straight to your own card, on your own Meta account. We do not resell it and we take nothing on top.

Do I really need a new number?
Yes. It has to be a number that is not on WhatsApp yet. A fresh SIM is the only thing you buy, and we do the WhatsApp setup on it for you.
Will I lose my existing business chats?
No, as long as we use a new number. Your current number stays exactly as it is. The only way you lose chats is by converting a number that is already on WhatsApp, because Meta requires WhatsApp to come off it first. We would not recommend that.
Do I need a second phone?
No. The new number lives in the dashboard. Log in from any phone or laptop and read and reply from there.
What exactly do I have to do?
Send us the guest list, names and numbers. We send the codes and run the back end. You get a login to watch it live.
What counts as one event?
One whole wedding. If it runs across three nights, mehndi, nikah and reception, that is still one event on your plan.
How many guests can one event have?
Up to 500. The plan price is the same whether you invite fifty or five hundred. The only thing that moves is Meta's per message charge on your own card.
What if someone shows up with a fake or copied code?
It does not check in. Only the codes we issued are valid, and a code that has already been scanned will not scan a second time.
What if I need to keep one specific person out?
Leave them off the list. No code is ever issued, so nothing scans for them.
What is the AED 0.18?
Meta's per message charge, billed by Meta straight to your card, not through us. 300 guests is roughly AED 54. We take nothing on top of it.
I have no bookings yet. Which plan do I take?
Start on Single Event. Move up when you book more and the price per wedding drops. It is month to month, so a quiet month costs you nothing but the month you are in.
What if I book more weddings than my plan covers?
Extra weddings run at your own plan rate, AED 1,000, AED 667 or AED 500. Or move up a plan on the spot and what you already paid is credited.
Are the add-ons half price too?
No. The 50% is on the event plans only. Concierge and Campaigns are at their normal price.
Who sees my guest list?
It stays in your account and is used only to send your codes and run your door. Never resold, never used for anything else, and deleted when you ask.

Send us the date first. Meta has to verify the new number, so the sooner it exists the better. We will tell you straight if it is doable.
